NZ medalist

 Today i made a presentation about NZ medalist and all of these NZ participates have trained for along time and i think it paid of some well they still need more training but NZ medals should be proud for representing their country check this prestation to see all of the medalist.

Cooking class/Curry and rice

 Today we made curry and rice we started from washing our hands and grabbing an aprint and garbed our cleaning supplies and ready our kitchen.first Mrs Hamer told us to grab a bowl full of vegetables and a hand full of chicken my partner Tumanako started to cut the chicken and i cutted  the vegetables Onions,spinach,carrot.then i finished cutting the veggies and put oil on the pan,then add onions to the pan and after that i add the chicken and waited then added the rest of the veggies and curry sauce and left it to cook while the chicken was cooked we went to go and get rice and put it in our lunch box then after that we add the curry powder and spice and added it in my container and consumed it.it was cool working with Mrs Hamer i wonder what we would make next week.

Food Tech-Steak and cheese roll.

 Today on the 28th of June 2021 at food tech we made steak and cheese roll it was a fun adventure making this dish as i was walking on the old extensive stairs i entered the cooking room our teacher Mrs Hamer preparing the ingredients so i grabbed an Aprint and zoomed of to my table then Mrs Hamer announced that we are making steak and cheese roll it was weird so we first started with oil in a pan then added cutted onions to the pan then when it was almost cooked we added the steak and fry it for a while then add in fresh cheese and stirred it up until it was really mixed.then toasted some bread and put the steak and cheese into the bread and consume it was very good i wonder what we are going to make next week

Today i got a 3P i moved up by  1 sub level last term i had 3B and now i have 3P i did my best but maths can be tricky if you don't know you timetables that is why i only moved 1 sub level i try my best next term.

Todays Food Tech.

 Today we made popcorn chicken with wedges-fries as soon as i arrived in the cooking class and processed to grab soap and cleanse spray then headed to our table.That's when our teacher-cooking teacher mrs hamer told us to come in together and she showed us a demo of how to make the chicken so first crack one egg into a bowl and whisk it up until there is no flesh than we pour flour in another bowl and set that aside then comes the in the bread crumbs and cut pieces of chicken. 

Then we marinate the chicken with egg yolks then we dropped it in the flour and back in the egg and into the crumbs and ladd it down on a tray before we put the chicken on the tray we sprayed it with canola oil on it so back to putting the chicken on the tray it almost looked like KFC but smelled like something else so after marinating the chicken we carefully put in the oven then we waited for ten minutes and after the ten minutes we flipped the chicken and put it back in the oven and waited a another ten minutes then we moved on to the wedges but mrs hamer already prepared it so no stress.

after ten minutes we too fished out the chicken and man where they smelling good it smelled like delight heaven there where only 20 pieces so we half the chicken 10 each and there were 50 wedges so we half that to so 25 each then mrs hamer wanted to spice it up a little so she let us have BBQ sauce,sweet chili sauce,and ketchup then we consumed it it was so delicious i wonder what we are having next week.

Food tech week 4

 Today we mad fertiles but vegetables so after mis hamer attend our name on the role right after that we grabbed our aprints and our ingredients and utensils and our instruction so first we cracked 1 egg and 1/2 a cup of milk and whisked it up until it look like light brown then we add wholemeal flour or plain flour and whisked it up then we peeled and graded zucchini and added it to the batter, than my partner tumanako grabbed out a pan and cooking oil and pour the oil in to the pan and dropped a teaspoon of the batter in the pan and it started to sissle and have only 1 minutes on a side and it should be nice and crispy we cooked eight of it so we had 4 each and some salad on the side and that's me and tumanakos fritters here's the recipe
Sift the flour, baking powder and salt into a mixing bowl.
Add the beaten eggs and Watties Cream Style Corn and mix well. Fold in the drained Wattie’s Whole Kernel Corn.
Heat 1–2 tablespoons of oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Place spoonfuls of the corn fritter mixture into the pan. Cook for 2–3 minutes or until bubbles appear on the surface of the batter. Turn and cook the other side for a further 2–3 minutes or until the fritters are golden and cooked through. It may be necessary to add extra oil to the pan during cooking
